If you selected "Box Now" as your shipping method, delivery will take 3 to 10 business days after we confirm via email that we have received your order.

If there are no available boxes now, lockers in your area, your order will be shipped with ELTA.

All returns must be shipped within 14 days of the date you received the products. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Once we receive your return and inspect the condition of your product, we will process your refund. Please allow at least 3 days from the date we receive your product for your refund to be processed. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you via email once your refund has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

For defective or damaged products, please contact us to arrange a refund or exchange.

Please note

A 10% restocking fee will be charged for all returns. 

A 25% restocking fee will be charged for all preorders. 

Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

Returns are not accepted for purchases made at our physical store.

The transaction will be processed through the Stripe payment processor.

Via PayPal

When you choose to pay with PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal website (a secure online payment system) where you can pay using your PayPal account. The payment process is fully automated and usually completes within a few minutes.

With Apple Pay / Google Pay

The transaction will be processed through the Stripe payment processor.
